Each 1 oz bottle of oil contains roughly 30 servings. Serving size can vary depending on the user's daily dosage, which is not recommended to exceed 2 mL’s (or 2 dropperfuls) per day.

Place desired dosage under tongue and hold for 60 seconds and then swallow. If you have never taken a CBD product before, it is recommended that you start with a daily low dose and work up to 1-2 full droppers, adding 0.5mL increments, as needed.

I initially wanted to try this CBD to help with my sleep. What I didn’t expect was for it to help with my arthritis! It was definitely a pleasant surprise. After a few weeks of taking it, I realized my back and hands weren’t hurting during my workouts. The only change I had made was adding CBD to my routine. I’ve tried other brands before with zero results and they all tasted awful. I can honestly say, this brand works and doesn’t taste like dirt.
